About Kim Gorbett

Kim loves the beach! From her childhood experiences on the Atlantic coast and Virginia beaches to her young adult life on the California coast, she has found her forever home at the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast and 30A.

After raising their kids in the Murfreesboro/Nashville area, Kim and her husband Mark began their experience here over 10 years ago with an investment property that they initially rented and is now their permanent home. They also own waterfront property on the Choctawhatchee Bay with views of the 331 bridge. Kim knows what area buyers and investors are looking for in a beach or bay home or land investment.

Kim's creativity and positive energy bring value to the transaction for buyers and sellers alike.
